Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Kids and Olympians can perform modified versions of the training movements while deriving the same relative benefits. For example, An Olympian might do 50 Push-Ups, your grandparent will do 5. Both derive similar benefits of strengthening the chest and shoulder complex!
We have CrossFit and MMA as are primary training programmes. There are folks who do 3 sessions each of CrossFit and MMA. There are those that do not fancy MMA and do only CrossFit sessions during the week. MMA sessions focus on building your fighting skills and might require you to have a requisite level of Fitness, not mandatory though. Here is what you can do.
