The 3 tenets of a Healthy Lifestyle.
1. Training –
No matter what type of Athlete you are – Recreational, Amateur or Professional – You are still Human.
Every Human needs Fitness Levels at the base of all complex physical skills or sport.
The absence of such physical abilities usually leads to breakdown in any competitive endeavour or even activities of daily living (ADL).
Training to be Fit & Healthy can be viewed as a way to a method to negate the incidence of injury, illness or disease.
What are the Physical Abilities that are thought to be necessary?
Through our experience at NAMMA, we have a listed the elements that need to be developed in the following order;
Flexibility – Mobility & Strength
Endurance – Aerobic & Anaerobic
Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction & Quickness – SPARQ
Training is progressive. You will learn new skills and drills. There is no end.
Nutrition –
80% of the time – you need to be following sustainable food habits.
Eating personally cooked food.
20% of the time – Eat outside but in moderation.
Most of us have it flipped the other way around. FTW. Yes. But there is a hack for everything. We will teach you how.
Recovery –
sleep. Sleep. SLEEP.
There’s also therapeutic massages and other ways to invigorate the physical and mental being – but this is built upon 7-8 hours of sleep per day.
The tougher you make your Life – Physically – the healthier you will live. Illness and Disease will be non-existent.

The evidence we have gathered over the last 10 years is that people respond better to training practices and routines better – when part of a supportive community. Like-minded people pushing you to be better than you were yesterday. What’s compelling is that being selfless and compassionate about another’s wellbeing and health is synchronous with the obsessive and compulsive disorder that exists among people who partake in physical activity.

For those ...who don’t know (and know) Tauseef.
He was this shy kid who came to NAMMA in 2013 and passed out on Day 1, 2, 3 and 5.
He soon became one of the most popular guys in the gym (Bassam might not agree Haha)
With popularity comes complacency and he soon was more attracted to Momos and Tai Chi and his professional work schedule.
The lad works for Amazon so Bezos saab believes there are 42 hours in a day.
It wasn’t until the Pandemic that Po truly realised (like a lot of us!) that being healthy and fit is imperative.
From being the hardly worker to the hardest worker in the room.
He has transformed himself in the last couple of years with consistency and relentless effort.
He has come a long way. And now he will be going a long way.
Our very own Kungfu Panda Po aka Taus is relocating to Luxembourg tomorrow night.
His transfer has been advanced and hence the sud sudden news.
We will have a special Po Workout dedicated to him tomorrow morning.
He has a hectic packing schedule but lets hope he comes in at 6:30 am and meets everyone.
