Grains, Legumes, Vegetables, Fruits, Seeds, Nuts, Condiments, Spices & Herbs, Dairy and its Derivatives, 

Red meat and White meat. 

How to know if its Natural ? 

Natural foods; 

  • Do not have an Advertisement.
  • Do not have a Food label.
  • Are not found on the supermarket shelves. They arestored around the perimeter.
  • Are grown or reared. They are not processed.
  • Are found in Open Markets.
