CrossFit Seniors is a Strength & Conditioning programme that is tailored towards improving fitness levels of seniors aged 55+. There is a specific emphasis on   Strength Training to negate the detrimental effects of physical aging – Sarco & Osteopenia – Muscle and Bone Tissue Atrophy.

CrossFit Mumbods is a Strength & Conditioning programme that is built for Mums who have given birth and assist them in building back the Strength and Fitness levels that they once possessed! Women nowadays are also predisposed to the earlier onset of perimenopause and menopause, making this the ideal training programme to manage the normal effects of aging, Osteoarthritis being one of them.
